Manchester Mountain Bikers

Love biking? So do we!

We're a friendly and diverse club dedicated to mountain biking. If you've ever wondered where the good trails are near you, we've got you covered. We're based around Greater Manchester and mostly ride in the Peak District and other hills around the area, but often travel to the Lakes, Wales, Scotland and even further afield.

The club offers rides at a wide variety of levels from introductory rides to epic adventures. We're sure you'll find plenty of rides in our calendar to suit you, and we encourage and support new ride leaders.

All of our rides are posted on the calendar with full descriptions including skill and fitness levels required and where to meet. Once you've found a ride you like, put yourself down as a Yes, and before you know it you'll be having fun with the rest of us!

To join MMB:

1. Request to 'Join the Group' on our Meetup page. There are a couple of questions you'll need to answer when you do so.
2. To become a Guest Member and to get two free rides, please fill in this form. We review applications weekly, so please be patient.
3. Once you've ridden with us a couple of times, full membership is £20 per year - this covers our running costs, club events, purchase of shared tools and equipment, with the remainder being donated to Mountain Rescue and Air Ambulance organisations.
